We ship your hand-printed items with care from Massachusetts, and we do our best to get them to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Standard shipping is available across the U.S.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
We ship through USPS at this time.
⏱️ Processing Time
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days
Custom location and stamp items may take up to 10 business days to prepare
Custom map items may take up to 20 business days to prepare
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping, but we’re working on it—stay tuned!
Tracking & Delivery
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Been Printing Company is not responsible for delays due to the carrier, weather, or customs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered.” If your item is missing, contact the carrier and let us know—we’ll do our best to help.

2. Return & Refund Policy

At Been Printing Company, each product is made with care and intention. Due to the handmade and customizable nature of our work, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom maps or place names)
Items marked as final sale
Eligible Returns
Non-custom items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at info@beenprinting.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos and your order number.
